Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler, a Z-grade movie critic, is famous for her morbid appreciation of dumb action films and horror movies. Her first review was around the middle of 2009, after she was popular in their forum. (Under her former handle Obscurus Lupa) Then she was asked to be part of the Channel Awesome team. In early 2015, she joined the site as Obscurus Lupa Presents transformed into Movie Nights. The podcasts she hosts are about the Charmed franchise. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. She can be seen kicking ass as Interpol ninja Cheetah Lee in Ninja the Mission Force. She also appeared as a character in Brad Jones' movie Jesus Bro! She also appeared as a guest star in Midnight Screenings is a regular occurrence. The show reviews horrible movies geared towards children, RiffTrax and live shows. The show also has a few times adult-oriented comedy. When she began reviewing films in 2009 her name was a hit through the Channel Awesome forums. Before joining the official team that comprises Channel Awesome reviewers, she was a household name. She's been featured in numerous Channel Awesome series, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. She along with Doug Walker were once members of Channel Awesome. They would frequently be featured in shows like Nostalgia Critic.
